These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BrioLabel website, applications and related services ("Service"). By creating an account or using BrioLabel, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of a business or organization.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and keeping your login credentials confidential.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Use of the Service

BrioLabel allows you to design, manage and print thermal labels.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Upload malicious software or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Interfere with the operation or security of BrioLabel.
• Reverse engineer or misuse the Service except where permitted by law.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all templates, images, logos, fonts, data and other content you upload or create using BrioLabel.

You grant BrioLabel a limited license to store, process and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.

You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy and ownership of the content you upload and print.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

BrioLabel offers free and paid subscription plans.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

The BrioLabel Desktop Agent is provided free of charge.

6. Availability

We strive to keep BrioLabel available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may perform maintenance, updates or improvements that temporarily affect availability.

7. Intellectual Property

BrioLabel, its software, branding, documentation and website are owned by BrioLabel and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of any BrioLabel intellectual property to you.

8. Disclaimer

BrioLabel is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrioLabel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of profits, business, goodwill or data.

Our total liability relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to BrioLabel during the twelve months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using BrioLabel at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service or where required by law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of BrioLabel after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
